Hi Dave, (and monty)
how are you ?
I been keepin the odd eye on drag.com being a moderator and all, and I see fastlane is still on there giving it large!
I have been busy in the last 18 months doing the press pass thing for Ford events, takin pics etc for mags like fast ford etc, and also writing for a well known music mag. At work I have been doing alot of european trips for Rolls Royce as engine shipment to the USA is in full swing now the Boeing DreamLiner is in full swing. Looks like a trip to the USA is on the cards in the next 12 months. I have spent more time away than ever in the last 12 months with a month long stay in Berlin earlier this year
I also got a hip hop radio show I do every friday from 8 till 10 which takes up alot of spare time, also being part of group which has done alot of show in europe in the last year, with an LP due out soon. I also run the groups myspace and the radio show also has a blogspot I maintain.
on the bike side of things, I have had a lot of long rides all over the uk, mainly in the lakes or down to brighton. I have had 3 speedo cable snap on me in the last year so although the clocks say 57k, I would say theres another 4k ontop of it as I got all lazy and let the shop fix them on services.
I will see if I can make the great london rideout from london to southend if anyone wants to meet me at the ace cafe and show me the way to hyde parks inner circle. I know I got satnav, but its good to ride with someone who knows the way.
I am still here, I have just chosen to take a back seat to it all.

You work for Fast Ford? My hero.
Talking of hip-hop I'm going to see Public Enemy next Thursday. They're performing the whole It Takes A Nation Of Millions album to mark its anniversary. |

yes, I do a stint at fast ford, as well as a few other car mags.
I have got a pass for the P.E gig in Rock City nottingham, so I will see if get any pics.
spent 280 quid on the scoot today.. needed new engine mounts, and a new rear tyre on top of the 57k service it got.
still managed to put some cash away for a new scoot.

Have you done any work for Total Vauxhall as you could feature my Corsa C?
It's got 16" TSW alloys, tints and a Leon Cupra-R front splitter. |
