About 40 minutes to the start for me on a Sunday..... you never know I may just turn up. I doubt I'll do the whole run though as I'll be exhausted._________________

| 2-3 hrs riding is about my limit before the leg gets to painful to ride. So I may consider doing part, but not all.

Have recce'd the ride with Mottza (the Human Rain Magnet) today and have a final plan sorted in my mind.
The outbound leg will be as originally planned. Meet at Tesco in Great Dunmow at 8:30am for a 9am departure. We'll have a break on Angel Hill in Bury St Edmunds leaving there at 10:30am, so anyone wanting to join the ride there would be most welcome. With another quick breather at East Dereham I expect we should get to Sheringham at 1-2pm and will park up somewhere on The Esplanade.
So, who's in?_________________
