Hi wandering bear. The X8 is a Piaggio but it's been discontinued already in favour of the XEvo. To be honest the XEvo is pretty much the same bike with a few styling differences I personally don't like what they've done to the front mudguard it looks beaky on the XEvo - but then again not nearly as bad in real life as it looks in the pictures.

I googled the X8 and in Blue it looks almost like my Suzuki. I like the Gileria 850(I think that's right) but they don't sell it in the states yet. If I can figure out how to download to the forum I'll post some pictures.

Hey Muppets

Love the snaps and video of the ride. Looks like it was a brisk day but lots of fun. My dream is to come ride with you all someday. You're a bit out the way for us in Michgan. But we'll try to get to your neighborhood. Very Happy

Keep posting the photos! best to all.

I'd like to ask a question please. In the Author section I see "karma+41" the numbers after karma+ change, could you please tell what this is for. I think it has to do with time but I don't know how to figure it out. Thank you for any help you can give me. I still haven't figured out the time difference between here and the UK, .

The Karma question has been mostly answered, I think you have to make 10 posts to the group before it allows you to award Karma points, (and possibly, to even receive them), as I tried to award you a complimentary K (Karma point) and it would not let me Regarding your second point, the time difference between Michigan and the UK is -5 hours, so at 12:00 midday here, it iwill be 7:00 am in Michigan. We only have one time zone in the UK because we started them, and conveniently placed the 'zero' in the middle of the London Wink

Quite the detour!!

In truth, I've always dreamed of driving accross Canada/America on the Fuoco and Michigan is certainly a feature on my route. I just need to swing a few months off work and somehow pull a few £££ out of my backside first!

Icon_what Only just seen that, we wanted to keep it quiet Embarassed Yes satnav, only as good as the person inputting it. I reversed the journey, not realizing it was going to take me back to Blyth Rolling Eyes the good thing is I found the diversion for the services as the exit road was shut.

Don't worry about age on here, have a closer look at the Rutland photos, 33 scooters carrying a total of about 1,300 years of riders Laughing
